Weeks 1-4

In this 4 week timeframe we will take a journey toward an inward approach at viewing your life. From the inside comes so many things that can be positive or negative. You can conquer ANYTHING with a simple shift in mindset. 

Lets knock out all of those inner barriers that have been holding you back. We will be doing one of my favorite exercises during this section of the program called the DREAM BIG EXERCISE. The best results occur when you have a vision. Then the rest will fall into place.  

  • Are you struggling with emotional stress?
  • Do you want to learn alternate ways to manage emotion?
  • Would you like to change your mindset?
  • Do you lack direction in your life?
  • Do you feel stagnant?

  • Identify inner struggles and personal weaknesses.

  • Learn how to fall in love with you.

Weeks 5-8

Here we will focus on your outer shell. Body image is so important. How you view you. You will learn how to love the body you currently have and how to manifest the body you desire. This is a fitness, health, and self care focus. We will look at your overall health and target what changes need to be made to get you where you need to be through a combination of techniques and exercises that have been designed by health and fitness gurus. 

In this part of the program one of the exercises we will do is my Body and Health Exercise. This is specific to the vision of the body and overall health you desire to have and obtain. We need to pin point a plan that will best suit your overall health needs. 

  • Do you look in the mirror and despise what you see?
  • Have you let go of your appearence?
  • Would you say that you love your body?
  • Do you have toxic people in your life? 

OBJECTIVE OF THE OUTER PROGRAM

  • Learn strategies to manifest the body of your dreams.
  • Find peace with the woman in the mirror.
  • Identify a fitness plan and overall health plan that fits your needs and goals.

Weeks 9-12

Now this is where shit gets magical! You will feel so empowered. I will teach you how to apply your new found warrior towards achieving your life purpose. It is time to pull it all together. I will teach you how to maintain this level of empowerment and how to apply all the strategies and techniques learned to your everyday life.

One of the many exercises we will do during this program is the When Shit Happens Exercise. Things will try to resurface after you become the warrior you are meant to be. These are #katkirbywarriors strategies that you can use for a lifetime. 

OBJECTIVE OF THE OVERALL PROGRAM

  • Learn how to channel all the new positive energy you are feeling. 
  • Find your own warrior within.
  • Identify your new found purpose in life. 
  • Learn how to use all that you've learned to maintain being the new warrior you are.
