Ain't No Momma Got Time For That!

- I don’t know how to do the complicated moves!
I get it! I am a busy mom and I work a lot. There are times when the gym is NOT an option. My fitness journey began in my 20’s with at home workouts. I had no gym membership and I got fitter then ever. It can be done right at home.
I am introducing some of my Thrifty Fit Mom workouts. I do many things at home to keep my body on point. Sometimes life is way to hectic for me to spend even an hour in the gym. Ain't No Momma Got Time For That!! HeHe!!
Are you a busy mom?? If so below I will show you one of my many at home workouts that can be done right in your living space.
The beauty of doing workouts at home is that you can get shit done at home while throwing a workout in the mix. Many ask how I stay so fit while being so busy. Well this is how. See below and all me what you think chica!
What will you need for this workout?
- Weights ( For Bicep Curls)
- Kettle bell or Weights (For Deadlifts)
- Mat (Optional For Situps and Stretching)
Thrifty Fit Mom Workout Layout:
Set 1 (Repeat 3 times)
- JackScissors: 30 Seconds
- Plank: 45 - 90 Seconds
Set 2 (Repeat 3 times)
- Bicep Curls: 12 Reps
- Squat Jumps: 15 Reps
Set 3 (Repeat 3 times)
- Tricep Dips: 15 Reps
- Deadlifts: 12 Reps
- Sit up/Legs Up Push Through: 30 Reps
Jack Scissors: This is something I made up…hehe!
Sit Up/Legs Up Crutch Through
Stretch with some cool yoga moves afterwards. Don't want those muscles too tight boo. Also it is nice to relax after all your hard work. If you aren't feeling yoga some simple stretches will get it done too chica.
