❤️❤️❤️❤️ ........... It's important that in addition to being strong, you support others who were held back or fired for being strong and saying no. That's why #metoo is so important.........

Thank you so much Lacy for bringing #metoo to my blogging vibes. This was eye opening and right on point with my mission to empower women to love and care for themselves.

Have you seen the #metoo? You may have seen it on Facebook or Instagram? Or maybe you saw it on the news? It originated as a tweet on twitter from a victim of abuse and harassment. The first time I saw it I was facebook. Initially I was unsure of the meaning and then I read what it stood for "that if people who have been sexually assaulted or harassed tweet "me too," it might "give people a sense of the magnitude of the problem." What an empowering movement for all women to take a stand for themselves....would you agree?

Are you someone that can relate to #metoo? Maybe you know someone that can relate? Possibly your mother, sister, girlfriend, or even a stranger you have heard of? I know so many #metoo women. Me included. I am so happy that someone is taking a stand this way.

This was tweeted by Alyssa Milano. She is a stranger to me. Someone I have never met, but I am beyond proud of her. I can empathize with her pain and suffering. And honestly no matter what I will never stop supporting women. Have you ever been able to empathize with someone even if you had never experience what they have?

I will always support women through anything. Even if you have never experienced harassment, I think we can all support someone that has. Right? I would never judge a woman for being harmed by someone else. Have you ever heard someone blame someone that has been victimized because of the way they dress? This is so sad to me. How can someone blame someone that is harmed?

Do you know someone that could say #metoo? If so and if not let’s support all women to be able to come forward and stand for themselves. #youareworthit #wecare No more judgment. No more hiding in the shadows. No more fear. Girl you are so beautiful and deserve to be free from this abuse.

Thank you to all the women that have come forward through the #metoo movement. What a beautiful thing to see women bind together and stand strong. We are stronger together. Hold your head up because #youareworthit babe.

What are your thoughts? Does #metoo hit home for you? If so, know that you are not alone and never will be. Speak out. Confide in a friend. Stand for you. Someone will listen. Someone cares. Someone will listen. Don't give up and don't you ever blame yourself.

Thank you for reading this blog. This is a deep topic. I just want to say that I believe in you. Stay strong and let's support and love each other. Can you help me support all woman no matter their struggles? You never know what someone is going through. Just love and be loved. More to come in the future.
